How to establish remote debugging from VS2003/2005 to CE-based controller ?

General hint: 
Provide some files on CE device and you will be able to connect
via TCP to your host development machine.

Unfortunaltey the most important file "ConmanClient2.exe" is 
different in "VS2003" compared to "standard VS2005" compared to "VS2005 SP1".

If you have VS2003 on your machine: provide VS2003 components on CE device 
If you have VS2005 on your machine: provide VS2005 components on CE device 
If you have VS2005 SP1 on your machine: provide VS2005_SP1 components on CE device
